A CMS is a system to build websites, in a clever way so that you do not have to know programming and advanced webdevelopment. Everybody can use this system if they can read englist. However, maybee you need help to find a webhotel and upload the CMS. But when that is over you can update the website from evry computer with a Internet access. Meeting schedrules and pages with news can be controled automaticaly with dates so you don't have to delete old information all the time.

ChurchWebOffice

ChurchWebOffice is a database for administration of churches. It can handle accounting, addresses, receipts for gifts and more.

To download ChurchWebOffice click on one of the following links. The largest file is 1,17 Mb. so it won't take long to download.

Demo 1

This is the first demo of ChurchWebOffice. It is in the shape of a Microsoft Access database. Do you want to know what the database can do click here. Demo 3 is only made in Danish. You can get it here.

Notice: The Office 97 version is a converted version of the other. It has not been tested in all aspects.

The user manual is a word-document, but the databases are packed with ZIP, and should be unpacked with the same program.

Database for recordings

Many churches record their meetings on tape og CD. Here you can get a simple database to keep track of these recordings. The database is made flexible so that it can handle ALL kinds of recordings.

Databasen is also open so everybody with the right knowledge can make changes. You do not have to worry about copyright, but there is no support if the changes does not work.

This database might end up as a part of ChurchWebOffice.

The database is packed with ZIP, and must be unpacked with such a program.
